What should we pay attention to in the construction of stainless steel pipe fittings?

1. The placement of stainless steel compression fittings should avoid sunlight exposure as much as possible, and security personnel can be used not only to block safety protection.
2. When the stainless steel compression pipe fittings are stuck with oil stains, they must be cleaned. Especially in the position of the EPDM sealing ring of the pipe end and pipe fittings, it is necessary to determine whether there is any sediment.
3. The stainless steel compression pipe fittings are thin-walled stainless steel pipe fittings, which should be handled with care, and should not be thrown, let alone trampled on the pipe fittings during construction.
4. If the pipe fittings cannot be successfully placed in the pipeline, check whether the burrs of the lower pipe fittings have been thoroughly cleaned, especially the burrs on the inner and outer walls, because the burrs will harm the gap between the pipe fittings and the pipeline.
5. After the stainless steel compression pipe fittings are placed, they will not be temporarily clamped. The external thread should be rotated first and then clamped, so as to avoid the pressed joint from falling off due to the rotation of the external thread.
6. If there is slack in the clamping place of stainless steel pipe fittings, it can be clamped again at the original clamping place (pay attention to the hexagonal orientation).
7. When the installation pipeline is inclined, it is not allowed to use the correction at the pipe fittings. Once the correction is made at the clamping pressure, it may cause relaxation, which is also the key factor leading to poor airtightness. It should be carried out at the straight pipe.
8. When the pipeline system is suitable for other media other than water (such as oil, chemicals, etc.), please communicate with the merchant to prevent the sealing ring of the pipe fittings from being corroded by the medium and swollen and damaged.
9. If the pipeline is installed near the harbour or in a place with high salinity, corrosion-resistant precautions should be taken into account.
